Tim came out and looked at my boiler furnace and right away showed me the problem. He then gave me a quote, for free, on replacement and installation costs. Not only was it a great value, but he stuck to his quote and did an excellent job with installing a new boiler furnace for me before it got cold . I would highly recommend Winteraire to anyone! I work third shift and woke up one afternoon sweating. My AC unit had stopped functioning on one of the first high temperature days of the season. On a Saturday, no less. I had tried contacting another company that my parents had used previously to no avail. They informed me that there were, "18 people ahead of me" and that they probably couldn't get to me until Monday because it was a weekend. I had shared my plight with a friend who recommended Tim. He was at my house within the hour, diagnosed the issue, and got me up and running in no time. Unfortunately, the unit itself needed to be replaced. As would the 20-30 year old furnace, eventually. Tim quoted me for what I would say was a very reasonable price for a brand new air conditioning unit and high-efficiency furnace. Within a week I had my brand new equipment completely installed. Very good communication, prompt, professional, informative, thorough, and was able to work around my crazy schedule with no problem. Winteraire definitely saved the day!

Tim is very responsive and super knowledgeable about HVAC systems. His prices are fair, and I wouldn't use anyone else to maintain my furnace and A/C.

Great job, fast, efficient and professional.
Had total heating and cooling system installed. Was very informative about size of system that would best heat and cool our home. Tim Early shuffled around a couple job's to get to our home a little sooner than we expected and we are grateful to him that he did. Our old furnace was in very bad condition and was actually blowing carbon monoxide into our home.
Winter Aire Heating and Cooling showed up on time with all the materials needed to start and finish the job in one day. Matter of fact had old furnace taken out and new furnace in place and correctly installed and working within hour's to where we were not left going hour's and hour's with no heat.
The owner Tim Early took his time in bending new galvanized metal box for new furnace to sit in place on, had no problem with performing work while I watched and asked questions and he had no problems in explaining what and why he was performing the work that was being done.
